We also use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used. It records things like which pages were visited and for how long, how you arrived at the site, the type of device and browser you used, and the general area you are in, worked out from your IP address. Google reports this to us in aggregate and we do not use it to identify individual people.

7. Cookies
This website sets two kinds of cookies.
The first are strictly necessary for the site to work. They do not track you.
The second are analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, whose names begin _ga. They record how the site is used, such as which pages people visit and how long they stay, so we can see what is useful and what is not. They are not used for advertising and they do not identify you by name.
These analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept analytics on the banner shown when you first visit. If you choose Necessary only, Google Analytics is never loaded and any analytics cookies already on your device are deleted. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the choice will be offered again.
Content embedded from third parties, namely the Google Maps panel and the enquiry form, is loaded from those providers and they may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete any of these through your browser settings at any time. Google also provide a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout that stops Google Analytics collecting data about you on any website.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
